Each session is specifically designed to ensure you meet your fitness goals in record time.

  • BE ACCOUNTABLE - Send your weekly report to your coach and post your workouts on Strava
  • BE PROACTIVE - If you're feeling an injury coming on, ask for help and get treatment
  • FOLLOW UP - Meet your coach when it's time to reset your goals and update your training plan
  • HAVE FUN!! - Be sure to keep the joy in enjoyment of your sport!

Personal Coaching Monthly Packages

Whether you want to learn to run and complete your first 5k or marathon, do a triathlon, learn to swim or get personally trained, Team Triumph Ottawa can provide training plans to help you achieve your goals. Using the Smart and Scientific Training Technique developed by Julia Aimers, owner and head coach of Team Triumph Triathlon Club Ottawa, programs are periodized over a year and developed so you don't over-train and get to the finish line injury free.

Initial Assessment: $75/Hour

To get started with your personal triathlon, duathlon, run, bike or swim training plan, we book our first meeting and information is gathered about your personal health history, your goals, past accomplishments and a solid training plan is developed based on your time and availability. We meet at a coffee shop in Ottawa at a convenient location or meet over Skype or Face Time.

BASIC

With our Basic Package you receive an initial assessment meeting to discuss your goals, needs and preferences. You will meet with a certified trainer every 3 months on FaceTime of Skype, while also receiving 1 email every 2 weeks. You also get a 10% discount on all of Team Triumph group programs. This package is offered for 3, 6 or 9 months.

Our Premium Package provides clients with a initial screening to assess your goals. You will meet with a trainer every 2 months on FaceTime of Skype, with an email once a week. You will also receive a 15% discount on all Team Triumph group programs. This package is offered for 6, 9 or 12 months.

VIP SELECT

This package is available to select clients only! It includes an initial assessment, functional movement screening with personal training once a week. You will meet once a month with a trainer via Skype of FaceTime, with unlimited email contact. You will also receive 20% discount on all Team Triumph group programs. Triathlon or Nutrition Coaching Meeting: $75/Hour

Spend an hour with a certified triathlon or sports nutrition coach in Ottawa! Ask questions about race preparation and training tips, review your race plans, get nutrition tips and set goals. To purchase your coaching meeting go up to Registration and Store Tab!

CLIENTS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE. NO EXCEPTIONS. THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Private and Semi-Private Swim Lessons: $75/Hour

Learn to swim and learn to get faster by becoming more efficient in the water. Julia coaches swimming using the Total ImmersionTM swimming drills at The Ottawa Athletic Club. You don't have to be a member to take swim lessons. Improve your stroke and learn to swim efficiently. Lessons are offered between 11:00-3:00 Monday-Friday.

Bike Coaching/Open Water Swim Coaching/ Yoga Coaching/ Bike Shopping: $85/Hour

Personal Training: $85/Hour OAC Members or $95/Hour Non-OAC Members

Discover the benefits of working with a certified personal trainer who is also a multi sport coach! Personal training is for the client who wants a strength and conditioning program to make them more powerful for triathlons, swimming, running and cycling.

We will start with a one hour functional movement assessment to explore your overall alignment, check for any muscular imbalances and any movement compensation patterns. It is important to have the assessment to be sure that we are not loading a body that is out of alignment which will cause you injuries later on. From there a personal training plan will be developed for your specific needs.

Training may be done in the comfort of your own home or at the Ottawa Athletic Club 2525 Lancaster Rd.
