  • BE PROACTIVE - If you're feeling an injury coming on, ask for help and get treatment
  • FOLLOW UP - Meet your coach when it's time to reset your goals and update your training plan
  • HAVE FUN!! - Be sure to keep the joy in the enjoyment of your sport!

Personal Coaching Monthly Packages

Whether you want to learn to run, complete your first 5k or marathon, do a triathlon, learn to swim or get personally trained, Team Triumph Ottawa can provide training plans to help you achieve your goals. Using the Smart and Scientific Training Technique developed by Julia Aimers, owner and head coach of Team Triumph Triathlon Club Ottawa, programs are periodized over a year and developed so you don't over-train and get to the finish line injury free.

Initial Coach Meeting:

To get started with your personal triathlon, duathlon, run, bike or swim training plan, we book a coach meeting on Zoom and information is gathered about your personal health history, your goals, past accomplishments and challenges, From there a solid training plan is developed based on your time and availability.

BASIC

With our Basic Package we start with an initial coach meeting to discuss your goals, health history and training preferences. You will meet with your certified triathlon coach every 3 months online to update your program. 

Includes:  - Training Peaks Personalized Online Training Plan with monthly calendar view - Daily workout email delivered to your inbox - Coach meeting every 3 months - Coach tracking on Training Peaks and Strava - One email/text per week to coach - One schedule change per month - Access to our 3 weekly group indoor virtual cycling classes. This program is not available for athletes doing Half Ironman or Ironman.

PREMIUM

 

With our Premium Package clients start with an initial assessment to discuss their goals, health history, and training preferences. You will meet with your certified triathlon coach every 2 months online to update your program, create race plans, and review races.

Includes: - Premium Membership on Training Peaks Personalized Online Training Plan with monthly calendar view - Daily workout email delivered to your inbox - Coach meeting every 2 months - Coach tracking PLUS feedback on Training Peaks and Strava - One email/text per week to coach - Two schedule changes per month - Access to our 3 weekly group indoor virtual cycling classes.

VIP SELECT

This package is available to select clients only! You will be personally coached by the Head Coach of Team Triumph, Julia Aimers. It includes an initial assessment, functional movement screening plus one session of personal strength training once a week. You will meet every two months with your coach online or in-person for a meeting or workout of your choice with unlimited email/text contact.
