NEW THIS SEASON... HALF IRONMAN VIRTUAL GROUP TRAINING!

We understand that trying a triathlon can be intimidating. We hear it from our new members all of the time. We also know that knowledge is power. The more you know and the more professional coaching you receive, the more confident you will be in achieving your goals.

For these reasons, we have developed a group program to train virtually for a Half Ironman at the end of June. We are targeting the Half Ironman in Mt Tremblant but Muskoka would also work. We want you to go into your Half Ironman not only with a big confident smile knowing that you have physically, mentally and nutritionally prepared for this event but also surrounded with a bunch of new friends and caring coaches.

Due to the success of our Beginner Triathlon Program and Olympic Distance Program, we are launching a new virtual group training program to complete the Ironman 70.3 in Mt tTemblant or Muskoka in June/July 2023!

The program is designed by Head Coach Julia Aimers on Training Peaks to have you ready to race next Summer.

Benefits of the Program Include:

  • Weekly structured workouts on Training Peaks based on watts, paces and heart rate.
  • Coach weekly tracking of workouts, heart rates, paces and watts.
  • Training Peaks Premium membership.
  • 2 Monthly Recorded Zoom Meet-Ups with our coaches. (These meetings will be a check-in, Q and A, and on specific triathlon related topics.)
  • *Access to live coached group classes on Zwift up to 3 times per week at 8am Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.
  • Access to our private 70.3 group Facebook page.

Pre Requisites:

  • Smart Bike Trainer or equivalent (we recommend Wahoo Kickr Core)
  • Road bike
  • Can swim 500m continuously
  • Can bike 40km
  • Can run 10km
  • Previous triathlon experience is recommended
