Women and men are different in terms of nutrition, health, and athleticism. So why is it that we're all being prescribed the same exercise and nutrition plans? This summit focuses entirely on what is the optimal routine for nutrition and fitness for women. We'll go through the different stages of life that women face and how our nutritional and athletic needs differ as we change weekly, monthly, and over time. You can use this to help make sure that you're at your peak fitness and your nutrition is dialed in for your female physiology when preparing for your next big event.

What Will This Summit Cover?

We've broken up this summit into four parts and will be streaming it on Zoom so that we can reach people beyond our community of Ottawa. Each week, we'll cover a different subject, so you have the option to sign up for sessions individually or for the whole course. We have a limited number of slots available, and we're running a special for our members that choose to sign up before July 3, so make sure that you reserve your spot early!

Week 1

Our first week will cover how to train when you are Pre and Perimenopause. We'll also touch on what you should know about the special needs of teenage women athletes.

Week 2

Week 2 is all about the Menopausal Athlete. We'll talk about how to use nutrition and training techniques to become a strong Master's Athlete.

Week 3

We focus entirely on nutrition in the third week. We'll explore how your diet can effect your health in every phase of your life.

Week 4

Our last part of the Summit will help you learn how to prepare for Race Day as a female athlete.
