WE are ecstatic to announce that our Mont Tremblant Triathlon Training Camp is back in June! Our camp has become widely known throughout the region for new triathletes and experienced ones as a must-do every year. This early season camp gives you the opportunity to check in on your training, try out the Ironman Mont Tremblant courses and tweak what needs improvement. This camp provides the knowledge, experience, and skills you need to be prepared for your race at Mont Tremblant.
On Thursday morning (June 1st) we ride the Ironman 70.3 course with a choice of doing 66k or 82km. In the afternoon we move to the Centre Aquatique de St. Jovite pool where we will teach passing drills, drafting drills, entries, exits, and our coaches will analyze your swim technique. Thursday evening features our practical race coaching talks while you enjoy your dinner meeting and chatting with other triathletes.
On Friday morning (June 2nd) we meet for a run from the village, taking the same route as the races. After a wee break, we jump on the bikes so you can gain experience and learn race tactics from our coaches on the famous Duplessis hill. A well-earned shower, late lunch, and debrief finishes off this awesome camp so we can return to Ottawa late Friday afternoon.
This camp is a fantastic preparation for the Mont Tremblant Ironman Races. Even if you are not doing the races this year, you will gain new skills, knowledge, experience and train hard with a bunch of fun, loving triathletes!
You will be coached by professional and certified coaches. Team Triumph Head Coach Julia Aimers and Assistant Coaches Kevin Willis, Janet Whitley and Gabi Porter will help prepare you for your best race yet. Julia has been successfully coaching athletes for over 25 years to compete at triathlons at all distances. Coaches Kevin, Janet and Gabi know the Tremblant Ironman course well as they have all raced on the Tremblant course! We will have assistant ride leaders to support your journey. Our Director of logistics and humor Martin Couet will also be on hand to help out with a support vehicle and make you laugh as needed! If you are doing a Tremblant race this year, you will not want to miss this camp!

I love the accountability and the structure of the Virtual 70.3 Half Ironman training program. I don't think I would have gotten this far without the program. The accountability is huge for me!

My coach Kevin Willis is amazing. His swim practices have been a real game-changer for me. A great communicator regardless of your swim level. The whole club is supportive of everything you do. You don't need to be an Ironman to benefit from their programs. 5 stars all around!!! - Denise Pittuck
I just wanted to thank you and your team (Gabi! Brenda! Maggie! Dawn!) for making last weekend's event so amazing. I had tried to do a try-a-tri on my own last summer, and the experience was night and day.
Even though I didn't make every virtual session, I felt so prepared... I knew where to go for information, and I knew I had a team of people (coaches and our beginner tri group!) who were all there to support me.
It was interesting to watch Eric train on his own (without access to the TrainingPeaks workouts and without the weekly meetings to ask questions and learn more about proper form and race-day stuff). When we left on Sunday, he looked at me and was like "we're DEFINITELY doing the training with Julia if we decide to go for the olympic distance, right?".
So glad to have found this club and looking forward to many more triathlons in the near future!!! Tai Teleso
