Personal Coaching Monthly Packages

Whether you want to learn to run, complete your first 5k or marathon, do a triathlon, learn to swim or get personally coached, Team Triumph Ottawa can provide training plans to help you achieve your goals. Using the Smart and Scientific Training Technique developed by Julia Aimers, owner and head coach of Team Triumph Triathlon Club Ottawa, programs are periodized and developed so you don't over-train and get to the finish line injury-free with success!

If you're looking to get personally coached for marathons, triathlons, swimming, or more, our Coaching programs in Ottawa or Virtual are the right fit for you!  

INITIAL COACH MEETING

To get started with your personal triathlon, duathlon, run, bike or swim training plan, we book a coach meeting on Zoom and information is gathered about your personal health history, your goals, past accomplishments and challenges. From there a progressive training plan is developed based on your time and availability.

BASIC TRAINING PLAN

With our Basic Package we start with an initial coach meeting to discuss your goals, health history and training preferences. You will meet with your certified triathlon coach every 3 months online to update your program and schedule and review your progress. This program is not available for athletes doing Half Ironman or Ironman.

PREMIUM TRAINING PLAN

With our Premium Package clients start with an initial assessment to discuss their goals, health history, and training preferences. You will meet with your certified triathlon coach every 2 months online to update your program and schedule, review your progress, create race plans, and review races.

PREMIUM PLUS TRAINING PLAN

If you would like to add our group swims to your training plan, our custom training plan athletes have access to preferred pricing for our group swimming in Ottawa.

PREMIUM INDOOR CYCLING OR RUNNING PROGRAM

This program is great for beginners, for those coming back to cycling or running and for experienced athletes who want to focus on increasing their speed and power. After your initial start up meeting with your coach, a customized program will be developed with your goals, specific watts, paces and heart rates in mind.

CUSTOM RUNNING PROGRAM - STUDENT 

If you're looking to get faster, stronger, complete a race or increase your speed, you've come to the right place! On this program, you will receive multiple running workouts of different lengths and intensities every week to fit your schedule. To get started , you will meet with your initial coach meeting online to review your health history, schedule, your challenges, successes and your goals. You will have the opportunity to meet your coach online every 3 months to update your program.
