WE are ecstatic to announce that our Mont Tremblant Triathlon Training Camp is back at the end of May! Our camp has become widely known throughout the region for new triathletes and experienced ones as a must-do every year. This early season camp gives you the opportunity to check in on your training, try out the Ironman Mont Tremblant courses and tweak what needs improvement. This camp provides the knowledge, experience, and skills you need to be prepared for your race at Mont Tremblant.
On Thursday morning (May 30th) we ride the Ironman 70.3 course with a choice of doing 66k or 82km followed by a 60-90 minute brick run off the bike. Thursday evening features our practical race coaching talks while you enjoy our potluck dinner meeting and chatting with other triathletes.
On Friday morning (May 31st) we jump on the bikes so you can gain experience and learn race tactics from our coaches on the famous Duplessis hill. In the afternoon we move to Domaine Saint Bernard lake where we will teach passing drills, drafting drills, entries, exits, and our coaches will analyze your swim technique. We will then have a quick lunch on the way out of town, and a camp debrief to finish off this awesome camp so we can return home late Friday afternoon.
This camp is a fantastic preparation for the Mont Tremblant Ironman Races. Even if you are not doing the races this year, you will gain new skills, knowledge, experience and train hard with a bunch of fun, loving triathletes!
You will be coached by professional and certified coaches. Team Triumph Head Coach Julia Aimers and Assistant Coaches Kevin Willis, Janet Whitley and Gabi Porter will help prepare you for your best race yet. Julia has been successfully coaching athletes for over 25 years to compete at triathlons at all distances. Coaches Kevin, Janet and Gabi know the Tremblant Ironman course well as they have all raced on the Tremblant course! We will have assistant ride leaders to support your journey. Our Director of logistics and humor Martin Couet will also be on hand to help out with a support vehicle and make you laugh as needed! If you are doing a Tremblant race this year, you will not want to miss this camp!

A year ago I could only tread water and had not run since childhood. With the amazing Virtual Olympic course, support, guidance, and tips from of all the folks at Team Triumph I've ended the season with my first Olympic distance triathlon under my belt and am hooked! Really looking forward to the 2025 season and even to the hard work over the winter to prepare. Karen Houle
I wanted to let you know that the Perth triathlon was a great experience, I somehow placed third in my age group! What a supportive group of participants (including Team Triumph athletes), cheering bystanders and volunteers.
Thanks to your swim lessons, I learned the technical basics and gained confidence to get back in the pool after decades. And it was really special doing this with Ann Laidlaw, my bestie for many years. We did a couple of additional swims with Kevin and Team Triumph people, also a great way to continue learning and practicing good technical form.
I will continue with lane swimming and who knows, maybe there's another triathlon in my future!
I love the accountability and the structure of the Virtual 70.3 Half Ironman training program. I don't think I would have gotten this far without the program. The accountability is huge for me!
