Cornwall Walk/Run Distance Challenge!!!

 

Who doesn't love a challenge?

 

 

We had so many people join us for the last challenge that we thought we'd issue another.

 

 

Given that April 25th and 26th would have been the Cornwall Half and Full Marathons, we are challenging everyone to either run a half marathon (only if you are trained for it!) OR increase your last longest walk or run by 10% OR if you have trained up for the full marathon go ahead and do your marathon! 

 

 

If you have done an 18 km run lately then you should be good to go for 21km otherwise just increase your current distance by 10%.

 

 

Once you are done, post it on Strava and Facebook ( do not forget to tag us) as the Cornwall Distance Challenge and take a picture we can share!
