Mont Tremblant Triathlon Challenge

This week would have been our Mont Tremblant Training Camp.

Do you have what it takes to complete the training we would have done at camp?



Day 1: Ride a Duplessis hilly 20km either outside or Coach Julia will lead it on FB Live and Zwift (*Wednesday at 9 am). After the ride, run or walk 5 to 15 km.

Day 2: Complete one of our Strength Training for Swimming Workout Videos on YouTube [here] and then do a 2-3 hour bike ride.

*Wednesday and Thursday look like the best days weather-wise at the moment but you can do the camp anytime you like as long as you do the workouts 2 days in a row. The order doesn't really matter.

Once complete, we ask that you post your workouts to Strava and let us know when you've completed the challenge by tagging us in your social media posts. Don't forget to take a picture for us to share :)
